(Edmonton) - The Edmonton Eskimo Football Club announces the signing of import punt returner Phillip Livas to the practice roster.
Livas most recently spent time with the Saskatchewan Roughriders. He originally signed as an undrafted free agent with the National Football League's Miami Dolphins in 2011 and later spent time with the Baltimore Ravens and Omaha Nighthawks of the United Football League.
After four seasons at Louisiana Tech University, he finished his collegiate career tied for the NCAA record in touchdown returns with eight.
