Elvin Mims Earns PBL Playoff Most Valuable Player Honors

The Premier Basketball League is pleased to announce that Lawton-Fort Sill Cavalry forward Elvin Mims has been named the 2010 PBL Playoff Most Valuable Player. The 6'7" forward from Southern Mississippi was a force in the PBL Finals series, leading the Cavalry to the PBL championship series, and a thrilling two-games-to-one victory over the two-time defending champion Rochester Razorsharks.

In the finals series, Mims averaged over 20 points per game, and averaged 14 rebounds per game in the Cavs' two victories at the Great Plains Coliseum in Lawton, Okla.
