Curve to Hold Second BCB Open House Thursday Night

ALTOONA - Curve fans will have another opportunity to go behind the scenes at Blair County Ballpark and participate in other great ballpark activities as part of the team's annual Holiday Open House this Thursday night (December 14) from 5-7 PM.
Admission to the event is FREE with the donation of one new and unwrapped toy per person to benefit the U.S. Marines' Toys For Tots program. Marines will be on hand to help collect toys, which will be used to provide presents for the area's less fortunate children during this Holiday season.
Fans attending the Open House event will be able to take guided tours of Blair County Ballpark and see areas of the ballpark not normally accessible to fans, such as the Home and Visiting Clubhouses, Indoor Batting Cages, Press Box and Luxury Suites.
Other events and activities taking place for Thursday's Blair County Ballpark Open House include:
--A special visit by Santa Claus!
--Free swings in Blair County Ballpark's indoor batting cages
--Complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and other refreshments
--Holiday pictures with Steamer and Diesel Dawg
--Holiday crafts for kids
--Door Prizes
In addition, fans can take advantage of a special 10% off sale at the Curve Stockyard Holiday Store.
Parking for the event is free in the VIP Lot adjacent to Blair County Ballpark and entrance will be through the VIP gate facing the parking lot.

Additional information is available on the official Curve website, www.altoonacurve.com. Fans are also reminded that the Curve Stockyard Holiday Store at Blair County Ballpark is open seven days a week throughout the holiday season. Store hours are weekdays 9 AM to 8 PM, Saturdays 10 AM to 6 PM and Sundays 12-6 PM.
