Crunch to face the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in Eastern Conference Final

Syracuse, NY - The Syracuse Crunch will face the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in the Eastern Conference Final of the Calder Cup Playoffs.

The Crunch's third round matchup was determined after the Penguins defeated the Providence Bruins tonight in Game 7 of their Eastern Conference Semifinal series. The Crunch advanced to the third round of the Calder Cup Playoffs for the first time since the 1995-96 season after completing a four-game sweep of the Springfield Falcons on Friday, May 17.

The Crunch will host the Penguins in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Final at the War Memorial Arena on Saturday, May 25 at 7:00 p.m.
