CHL Import Draft Set for Tuesday, June 30

The month of June 2015 caps off on Tuesday (30th) with the 2015 CHL Import Draft.

All Canadian Hockey League teams, including your Soo Greyhounds, will take part in the draft via the internet HERE.

This year the Hounds' select 58th overall by virtue of their 1st overall finish in the 2014-15 Ontario Hockey League regular season standings.

One season ago the Hounds' selected defence man GUSTAV BOURAMMAN with the 49th selection before passing on their 2nd Round selection.

Bouramman tallied 5 goals and 39 assists (44 points) in 67 regular season games this past season before notching 4 points (1g, 3a) in 11 post-season games.

He was a 7th Round selection of the NHL's Minnesota Wild at this past weekend's NHL Entry Draft.
