Charlottetown Islanders Ticketing Update

March 24, 2020 - Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) - Charlottetown Islanders News Release

We would first like to take this opportunity to thank our fans for their ongoing patience and understanding during this unprecedented time. The safety of our fans, players and staff remains of the utmost importance. Please consult with the info provided by PEI Public Health on how best to protect yourself and others.

In light of the announcement regarding the cancellation of the 2019-2020 Quebec Major Junior Hockey League season and 2020 President's Cup Playoffs, the Charlottetown Islanders have implemented the following ticketing policy for fans who have tickets to our two cancelled games, March 20th and 21st, as well as with any purchased playoff packs.

Please read the below carefully:

If you have single-game tickets for March 20th or March 21st: If you had purchased single-game tickets, redeemed flex tickets, or used redemption tickets for either of our remaining home games, please keep your tickets in your possession, do not dispose of them.

These tickets will become Flex tickets available to be redeemed for your choice of any 2020-2021 Charlottetown Islanders regular season home game played prior to December 31st, 2020. Fans will be able to choose which one of these home games that they would like to attend, and can redeem their tickets at the Eastlink Centre Box Office once 2020-2021 Single-Game Tickets go on sale.

Please Note: Ticket redemption is based on availability of seats for each game.

If you have un-redeemed Flex Tickets: If you have Flex tickets for the 2019-2020 season that you have yet to redeem, please keep them in your possession, do not dispose of them.

These Flex tickets will be eligible to be redeemed for your choice of any 2020-2021 Charlottetown Islanders regular season home game played prior to December 31st, 2020. Fans will be able to choose which one of these home games that they would like to attend, and can redeem their Flex tickets at the Eastlink Centre Box Office once 2020-2021 Single-Game Tickets go on sale.

If you are a Season Ticket Holder If you are a season ticket holder, your tickets to the March 20th and 21st games may also be redeemed for tickets for your choice of any 2020-2021 Charlottetown Islanders regular season home game played prior to December 31st, 2020. Fans will be able to choose which one of these home games that they would like to attend, and can redeem their tickets at the Eastlink Centre Box Office once 2020-2021 Single-Game Tickets go on sale.

If you do not wish to use unused season tickets from the March 20th and 21st games as flex tickets to any of our home games before the end of 2020, a credit for the value of the two cancelled games will be applied to the balance of your 2020-2021 Charlottetown Islanders season tickets.

Note: In order to receive the credit, the season ticket holder must physically present their unused tickets at the Islanders Team Shop.

If you have purchased an 8-Game Playoff Pack: If you have purchased an 8-Game Playoff Pack, you may apply the balance of your playoff pack towards your 2020-2021 Season Tickets. If you'd instead like a refund, we will be pleased to issue you a cheque.
