Celebrate with the 2018 NAL Champions

GREENSBORO - The Cobras have brought home a championship trophy! On Monday, August 28th the Carolina Cobras won their first ever championship game in team history. To celebrate the exciting win, the Cobra's players and coaches will be at Cooper's Ale House on Wednesday, August 29th from 6-9 pm. The celebration will be open to the public! All of the players and coaches will be there to celebrate their incredible season and championship win with their fans.

Cooper's Ale House is located at 415 S Swing Rd. Greensboro, NC 27409. Cooper's Ale House is a tavern located in Greensboro. They offer a wide selection of beers and typical pub type of food. They also have several TV's located in their restaurant that they have constantly playing sports.

This previous season was the Carolina Cobras first season with the National Arena League. The Cobras faced the Columbus Lions who played in the championship game for the last four years, including the 2017 National Arena League Championship Game in Jacksonville, FL. The Cobras pulled ahead early into the game, going into halftime with a 37-2 and they kept the foot on the peddle. At the end of the game, the Cobras won with a 66-8 final score. The Cobras were then presented with the NAL trophy on the field at the Greensboro Coliseum.
