Carver Financial's 26th Annual Food Drive at Classic Park a Success Once Again

(Eastlake, OH) - The Lake County Captains, the class A affiliate of the Cleveland Indians and Randy Carver of Carver Financial Services, Inc. are pleased to announce that the 26th annual food drive and client appreciation event that was held at Classic Park in Eastlake on Friday, August 23 was once again very successful.

As in the past, those attending were asked to donate non-perishable food items to benefit the less fortunate in Lake County and they did! The over 1,000 attendees donated approximately 525 lbs. of food which is roughly 2,200 meals.

The Lake County Salvation Army services more than 1,500 needy families per week and the food will help support this worthwhile effort.
