Green Bay Blizzard News Release

In the 2018 season opener, Utah State University nearly upset Michigan State of the Big Ten, losing by a touchdown. One of the standouts for Utah State that day was athletic defensive end Adewale Adeoye, who made six tackles.

Adeoye, who went on to earn honorable mention All-Mountain West recognition after his senior season, has signed with the Green Bay Blizzard.

Adeoye, a 6'3", 270-pound native of St. Louis, played four years at Utah State, earning 10 starts in 33 games and finishing his collegiate career with 83 tackles (37 solo). He had 8.5 career tackles for loss, including two sacks.

As a senior, Adeoye had 38 tackles (four for loss and a sack). He was also among the nation's leaders in fumble recoveries. Following his senior season, he ran a 4.84 40-yard dash at his school's Pro Day.

"Adeoye is relentless, physical and very quick for his size," said Roberson. "He sets the edge and creates problems for opposing offenses. And like many of our players, he competed against top competition in college."
