December 19, 2017 - Western Hockey League (WHL) - Kamloops Blazers News Release

The Wheat Kings erased a 1-0 deficit and held on for a 3-2 win over the Blazers. Garrett Pilon and Carson Denomie had the goals for the Blazers. Dylan Myskiw made 43 saves for the Wheat Kings, while Dylan Ferguson took the loss with 31 saves for the Blazers.

Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at Regina 3-0 Win

Garrett Pilon scored 17 seconds into the game and it held up for the game winner in a 3-0 win in Regina. Luc Smith and Nolan Kneen added goals. Jermaine Loewen finished the game with two assists and Dylan Ferguson had the shutout with 42 saves. Friday, December 15, 2017 at Moose Jaw 5-2 Win

Jermaine Loewen had two goals in the third period to help the Blazers to a 5-2 win in Moose Jaw. Brodi Stuart, Luc Smith and Carson Denomie all had goals in the first period. Connor Zary finished the game with two assists and Dylan Ferguson made 15 saves for the win. Saturday, December 16, 2017 at Swift Current 3-1 Loss

Brady Reagan had the lone goal in a 3-1 loss in Swift Current to end their six-game East Division road trip. Dylan Ferguson turned aside 26 shots in the loss and Logan Flodell stopped 40 pucks for the Broncos.

Vala and Sigrist at National Camps

Defenseman Ondrej Vala (Czech Republic) and forward Justin Sigrist (Switzerland) are both competing for roster sports on their respective countries National Junior Team. Both players will hope to represent their countries at the World Junior Hockey Championship in Buffalo.
