TODAY'S GAME: Tonight, the Buffalo Bisons take on the Rochester Red Wings in the second game of a four-game series at Dunn Tire Park (7:05 p.m.). The Herd won the series opener last night with a 4-3 win over the Wings. Buffalo is 2-3 so far on this eight-game homestand following a series defeat to the Columbus Clippers. On the mound for the Herd today will be RHP Jeff Harris. Harris is 2-2 with a 4.28ERA in his five starts this season. The Red Wings will counter with LHP Brian Duensing.

ROSTER MOVE: INF Michael Aubrey returns to the club after his first Major League promotion. Aubrey was with the Tribe for nine games and hit .185 (5-27) with two home runs and two RBI. Aubrey hit his first M.L. homer in his first start, May 18 off Cincinnati's Edinson Volquez, and homered again in his next start three days later. With Buffalo, Aubrey reached base safely in 10 of 11 games, hitting. 341 (15-44) with five RBI. RHP Josh Tomlin was transferred to Single-A Kinston to make roster room.

B-RAD SYNDER: OF Brad Snyder has been on a roll lately, compiling six multi-hit games in his last seven starts. During the stretch, Snyder has posted 14 hits in 26 at-bats, good for a .538 batting average. He also has five doubles and five RBI in his last seven games. Since going on a hitting parade of late, Snyder has raised his average 55 points, from .203 (May 23) to .258 (June 3). Snyder is third on the team in doubles (15) and total hits (41).

TEAM EFFORT: The Bisons now have six different batters with 20 or more RBI. INF Ryan Mulhern knocked in his 20th run with a two-out single in the second inning last night while C Wyatt Toregas collected RBI #19 and #20 with his two-run single that proved to be the game winning hit. OF Jason Cooper leads the team with 27RBI.

BISONS BITS: OF Todd Linden walked twice last night and has now reached base in five of his last eight plate appearances (3-6, 2BB)...RHP Bubbie Buzachero has posted a 1.56ERA in his last 9 games (17.1IP, 3ER, 11K)...RHP Oneli Perez is 2-2 in save opportunities this year. He has a two-inning save (June 3 vs. ROC) and a three-inning save (May 27 at Toledo).

THRUWAY SERIES: With last night's win, the Bisons leapfrogged Rochester in the 2008 Thruway Cup Standings. Buffalo (5-7) is now 3.5 games behind Syracuse (10-5). The Red Wings (5-8) are in third place, four games behind the Chiefs.
