Big Brother Contestants to Appear at Barnstormers Game
DES MOINES - The Iowa Barnstormers announced today that houseguests from CBS's Big Brother will be appearing at Wells Fargo Arena on Sunday, March 18 as the team takes on the Nebraska Danger.
Jason Dent, an Iowa native who appeared on Season 19 of CBS's Big Brother, is bringing his castmates Alex and Kevin to Iowa. Jason, Alex, and Kevin will be in attendance as the Iowa Barnstormers take on the Nebraska Danger at Wells Fargo Arena on Sunday, March 18. Kickoff will be at 3:05 PM. Fans will have the opportunity to purchase tickets to a pre-game Meet and Greet event, interact with the houseguests throughout the game, and see the houseguests battle each other in a halftime competition.
Jason Dent, a rodeo clown and auctioneer from Humeston, Iowa, is known in the Des Moines area for his involvement with auctions for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Beast Feast, Christ the King Parish, and Variety Iowa along with entertaining crowds at local and national rodeos as Whistle Nut. Dent is excited for the opportunity to bring his Big Brother housemates to his home state.
"I really feel like it's going to make history," said Dent. "It's an extension of the things that have been happening in my life. The Big Brother experience was totally unexpected, the outcome was totally unexpected, and now I feel this would just complete the circle by having as many houseguests as we can get to come to the Midwest. The houseguests coming to the midwest just validates the friendship of the show."
