The Winnipeg Football Club is getting ready for its 80th anniversary, and need the help of their 2010 Blue Lightning Dance Team to make it a memorable season. With that, tryouts for the Blue Lightning are just around the corner.
As part of Winnipeg's most renowned cheerleading squad, you'll have the opportunity to capture the attention and perform in front of more than 25,000 fans at Canad Inns Stadium and maybe even travel to the Grey Cup in Edmonton.
This is your opportunity to meet some amazing people, support some meaningful charity events and perform. If you are a dedicated, mature, responsible and positive individual who loves to perform and dance, we want to see you at tryouts!
The Blue Lightning Dance Team is widely known for its talent, athleticism, style and is one of the most recognized and appreciated dance teams in the CFL.

Date: Saturday May 1st & Sunday May 2nd
Location: Sun Center at Canad Inns Stadium, 1465 Maroons Rd.
Details: The Winnipeg Football Club is holding auditions for new members of the 2010 Blue Lightning Dance Team. This is your chance to perform in front of thousands of football fans at Canad Inns Stadium and participate in events in our community. Must be 18 years of age or older. Cheer, dance and gymnastics experience is an asset but not required.
