BANDITS TO HOST 3-ON-3 LACROSSE TOURNAMENT

BUFFALO, N.Y. - The Buffalo Bandits today announced the team will be hosting the Buffalo Bandits - Sharpshooter Tournament, a 3-on-3 tournament at KeyBank Center on Saturday, Feb. 10 and Saturday, Feb. 24.

The two-session tournament will feature an adult (18+) session on Feb. 10 from 12 to 5 p.m. and a youth session on Feb. 24 from 12 to 5 p.m. The youth session will feature two age groups: Pee Wee (born in 2008 to 2010) and Bantam (born in 2005 to 2007).

Teams will consist of five players plus one goaltender; field or indoor goalies are both acceptable. Teams must provide their own uniforms and are asked to bring one dark and one light color jersey.

Games will be played the width of the field and consist of two eight-minute halves with a running clock and substitutions being made on the fly. Modified NLL rules will apply and no wooden sticks or long poles will be allowed. Fighting will result in an automatic ejection.

Registration is $150 per team and includes a guarantee of three games plus potential playoff games, a tournament T-shirt, a 2017-18 Bandits Yearbook, an autographed player photo and a ticket voucher to any Bandits 2017-18 regular-season home game for each participant. The winners in each division will receive a championship medal as well as tickets to that night's Bandits home game and recognition on the video board that night.
