
Argos To Unveil All-time Team At Dinner In Support Of Sick Kids Foundation

Toronto - Thousands of votes have been cast by fans, media and alumni and the time to announce the All-Time Argos squad is almost here. The Toronto Argonauts Football Club is pleased to announce that they will unveil their All-Time Argos team at a cocktail reception and dinner in downtown Toronto with proceeds benefiting the Sick Kids Foundation.
PC Financial will present the All-Time Argos team on October 26 at The Liberty Grand, the day before the Argos final regular season home game versus the Winnipeg Blue Bombers at Rogers Centre. Hosted by Rogers Sportsnet's Jim Lang and THE FAN 590's Don Landry, this once-in-a-lifetime event will celebrate the best-of-the-best to don the Argos uniform with a chance to mix and mingle with former Argos greats and hear unique stories from those who gave their heart and soul to the Double Blue.
To help celebrate this truly historic moment in Argos history, members of the Argonauts Alumni and All-Time Argos will be seated at each table, giving those in attendance the opportunity to meet and greet their favourite past and current Argos players. Voting for All-Time Argos can be done online at argonauts.ca or in-stadium at any Toronto Argonauts home game. Voting ends on Saturday, October 6, 2007. The All-Time Argos team will also be part of a special halftime presentation during the October 27 game at Rogers Centre.
