Applications for 2024-25 Silvertips Billet Families Are Now Open

Apply today to become an Everett Silvertips billet family for the 2024-25 season!

Billeting can be an exciting and rewarding experience, with a chance to make cherished memories. In fact, many families keep in contact with their players as they move through the ranks of college and professional hockey!

Janet Hawes, the team's billeting coordinator, matches each player's personality and backgrounds with compatible billet homes. Furthermore, each potential billet is carefully screened and presented with our team's expectations of responsibility. Personal visits are conducted throughout the season to ensure that both players and billet families are abiding by the team's guidelines. Respect for the billet family and their household is a priority and should not be taken for granted!

To qualify as a billet, families are required to provide a player with their own room from the start of training camp (late August) through the end of the season (early April-May, depending on playoff eligibility). They are also required to provide the player with meals. In exchange, the families receive a stipend to help pay for groceries, discounted tickets to home games, and invitations to team events.
