Aces, Greater Nevada Field to Host World Series Watch Party
RENO, Nev. - The Reno Aces, in conjunction with Greater Nevada Field, are inviting the public to a viewing party on Tuesday, October 23, as the Boston Red Sox will take on either the Los Angeles Dodgers or Milwaukee Brewers in Game One of the 2018 Major League Baseball World Series.
For the fourth time since 2004, the Boston Red Sox will be the American League's representative in the World Series. This time, it comes after beating the Houston Astros in an ALCS clash of titans, dispatching a club that many thought might be baseball's best. The National League Championship Series has been a hard fought, low-scoring battle. Both the Los Angeles Dodgers and Milwaukee Brewers have totaled 16 runs through five games. Games six and seven are scheduled for tonight and tomorrow.
First pitch is set for 5:09. PT at Fenway Park in Boston, MA. Gates for the Watch Party will open at 4:00 p.m. and is FREE of charge upstairs at Greater Nevada Field. The game will be displayed on multiple TV's in Bugsy's Sports Bar and Grille, as well as the video board. Taco Tuesday & Margarita specials will be available, along with Aces giveaways throughout the game!
Fans can enjoy free parking in the parking lot across the street from Greater Nevada Field. Attendees will have the chance to win great prizes, including merchandise and memorabilia. To RSVP to this event click https://umbel.co/mj4du.
