The Kelowna Rockets will have the 18th overall selection in the first round of the draft.
The order of the second round and all other rounds will be the inverse order of final 2017-18 WHL regular season standings.
Players eligible for the 2018 WHL Bantam Draft will be 2003-born players who reside in Alberta, B.C., Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
Recent draft selections by the Rockets include current forwards Nolan Foote (2nd round, 43rd overall, 2015), Ted Brennan (3rd round, 65th overall, 2015), and Liam Kindree (4th round, 87th overall, 2015), defencemen Kelvin Hair (6th round, 113th overall, 2015), Kyle Pow (6th round, 131st overall, 2015), and Kaedan Korczak (1st round, 11th overall, 2016), and goaltender James Porter (7th round, 153rd overall, 2015).
