
200 Tickets Still Available for Tonight's Game

The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins have released additional tickets for tonight's game versus the Worcester IceCats (7:05 p.m. start).
Approximately 200 tickets are still available for the game. The Penguins have sold out their last 111 home games (league-record) in Wilkes-Barre at the Wachovia Arena at Casey Plaza.
The Penguins (10-9-3-2, 25 pts; 5TH -place, East Division) are unbeaten in their last four games (2-0-2) and will be trying to win their third game in a row tonight against the IceCats. The Penguins have not had a three-game winning streak since January 20-27, 2001.
Tonight's game is the second and final meeting of the regular season between the Penguins and Worcester IceCats and is Worcester's first visit to Wilkes-Barre since March 22, 2001.
Earlier this season, the Penguins defeated Worcester, 2-1, at the Centrum Centre on November 2. Tomas Surovy and Tom Kostopoulos each scored a goal and rookie goaltender Andy Chiodo made 32 saves in the win.
The Penguins are 2-2-0-1 lifetime against the IceCats. The Penguins are 1-1-0-0 against Worcester at the Wachovia Arena at Casey Plaza and are 1-1-0-1 in three games at the Worcester Centrum Centre.
Tickets for all Penguins games are on sale and can be purchased at the Wachovia Arena Box Office and all Ticketmaster locations and telephone outlets. Ticket prices for the Penguins' 2003-04 season are set at $29.75 (Yellow Zone), $19.25 (Red Zone), $17.25 (Gold Zone) and $13.25 (Blue Zone). Tickets can also be charged over the phone by calling Ticketmaster at (570) 693-4100, (215) 336-2000 and (607) 722-7272 and via the Internet at www.ticketmaster.com or by using the Ticketmaster link on www.wbspenguins.com.
The Penguins announced on Wednesday details of their "Student Rush" program. The ticketing program is designed to offer all college students with a valid college ID the opportunity to purchase Penguins tickets at a discounted price.
This offer is good only at the Wachovia Arena Box Office the day of all Penguins home games and is subject to availability. Each student that provides a valid college ID will receive one (1) ticket to that game at the discounted ticket prices below.
