Spokane Signs WR Thomas Shuler

SPOKANE, Washington- The Empire has signed wide receiver Thomas "Tommy" Shuler to their 2017 IFL roster. Shuler (6-0, 195, Marshall) joins the Empire for his rookie season as a member of the IFL. Tommy most recently spent time with the CFL's Montreal Alouettes.
