Thunder Win Overtime Thriller over Reading

Glens Falls, NY - The Adirondack Thunder defeated the Reading Royals in thrilling overtime fashion, a 3-2 victory on Saturday evening at a sold-out Cool Insuring Arena. The crowd of 5,445 marked a franchise record for the Thunder, surpassing the previous mark by more than 300 fans. Adirondack got goals in regulation from defenseman Desmond Bergin and forward Troy Bourke, in addition to the overtime game-winning goal from forward James Henry. Blast Defeat Tropics 8-7; Clinch #1 Seed in Eastern Conference

The Blast defeated Florida in overtime 8-7 to end the regular season undefeated at home. In front of a crowd of 3,631, Andrew Hoxie recorded three goals and one assist, and Juan Pereira scored two goals and one assist for Baltimore. Freddy Moojen and Ricardo Diegues had two goals each for the Tropics. The teams traded goals in the first quarter. Hustle Snap Losing Streak against Bighorns

The Memphis Hustle snapped its five-game losing streak with a 112-110 win over the Reno Bighorns Saturday at Landers Center. The game was a back-and-forth contest that featured 20 lead changes and 16 ties. Neither team led by more than seven points. Marquis Teague provided more late game heroics and knocked down two free throws with 3.1 seconds to take the lead before Reno fell short on its final possession.
