Kings Recall Jack Campbell, Assign Michael Mersch and Paul LaDue to Ontario

LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles Kings have recalled goaltender Jack Campbell from the Ontario Reign of the American Hockey League, Kings Vice President and General Manager Rob Blake announced today. Also, the Kings have assigned forward Michael Mersch and defenseman Paul LaDue to Ontario. The 26-year-old Campbell (born Jan. 9, 1992) is a 6-2, 197-pound native of Port Huron, Mich., who has appeared in 26 games with the Reign this season, posting an 11-10-4 record, 2.83 goals-against average and ... Danger Kick off Season against Titans Friday Night

The Nebraska Danger kick off their 2018 season Friday, February 23rd against the Cedar Rapids Titans, and it will be a season filled with the word "new" for both teams. Not only do the rosters typically see a significant turnover from year-to-year, but in 2018 both the Titans and the Danger will be sporting new head coaches. Phil Varone Hat Trick Drives Exciting 6-4 Comeback Win at Utica

Utica, NY - Phil Varone registered a hat trick with 5:04 remaining in regulation while also breaking a late 4-4 deadlock to lead the Lehigh Valley Phantoms in a 6-4 win at the Utica Comets on Wednesday night. The Phantoms are unbeaten in regulation in their last eight games at 7-0-1 while becoming the first team in over a month to defeat Utica in regulation. Goodwin Seals Deal with Game-Winning Free Throw over Hustle

SOUTHAVEN, Miss. - Going to the free throw line with 1.6 seconds left and a tied game, Archie Goodwin was getting two free throws attempts to essentially win the game for the Northern Arizona Suns. The first attempt bounced off the rim but the second swished through, giving the Suns a 120-119 win Wednesday night at the Memphis Hustle. The Hustle had a last attempt to win the game themselves, but defensive star Rahlir Hollis-Jefferson slapped the ball away, not allowing Memphis to even get a shot off.
