I saw that his nickname was B-Money at Missouri State so I knew that, but I'm not sure if he uses it anymore. I haven't heard anyone call him that.

I don't know if you know this, but you can watch every D-League game online. http://www.nba.com/dleague/news/dleague_webcasts.html

'01-'02 CBA Champions
'03-'04 CBA Champions

We're coming for you Iowa!

Carlos ran into a DerMarr Johnson who actually wanted to play defense tonight. It's ridiculous since DJ gave up almost all of Mike Efevberha's 41 points just last night. The guards had pretty good success coming off screens and second chance ponits tonight, but Ian Mahinmi did his best job controlling the paint all season.

Best crowd of the season tonight. I'll see if any pictures came out good enough to post.

That'd be great. It's not often that we get to see pictures from a road game.

In case some people haven't seen them, here is what the Dave Joerger bobbleheads look like:

I didn't have to work until 1:00, so I was able to go pick them up!

A few came out ok.

I'm no photographer - I just hold up my crappy old camera and take shots in burst mode while watching the game (and yelling and drinking beer).

I included the mandatory OSC crowd shots.

Great shots and I love the uniforms for one main reason: They have names on the back. Talk about a broadcaster's dream!!

That game was nasty. We have to break up this team. Carlos has proven he's not the leader we needed since Mo left. With Blake, Dontell, and Will as our only consistent players, we are not a good team. I'm not sure who to put the inconsistency on. How do we beat Iowa, Iowa kills Austin, and then we get clobbered by Austin. Just went back and looked at my records, and that's our worst loss since a 124-93 loss at Wisconsin on 1-22-98, before many of you followed the Wizards. Ugly.

No need to panic

Austin's loss to the Energy was the anomaly here. There's no way their 8-man squad should beaten the Toros' 9. The Toros played like crap in that game and I imagine DerMarr got taken to the woodshed afterwards because of his awful defense. When Johnson is motivated and the team only has one player going off the reservation (Reed), they are very difficult to beat.

But six of our last seven and no leadership is reason for panic. The biggest loss in over ten years is not good. Our all stars combining for 10 points is bad. The Wizards have a tradition of being a winning franchise. I foresee a trade/player signing coming soon..
