NIFL 2008- It'll be the first completely closed door league!!
(You know, nobody to verify if games have actually been played.)
There could be one or two exceptions. What you do is organize a FREE tryout with free transportation (bus, to keep it cheap), promise the moon and stars (steak dinner may suffice), get 3,000 players to it, then stage a game for the potential investors you're bringing in, using the non-participating campers as fans, even telling them that they're in on the gig. The real trick to this, BTW, is to get the strip clubs in the town you choose to donate their ladies' time in order to keep the "fans" in line... or at least in town.

I like your idea. I think it would be very hard to get the working girls to donate their time though. Unless perhaps they were given tips (so to speak), such as dollar bills, for pole support or something.
