They must be a League owned Team.

No disrespect to players and coaches, but aren't they one of John Morris's "associate teams" used to fill out the schedule for eastern teams.

I am assuming tri state is MD, VA, WV or MD, VA, DC.

sounds like a semi pro travel only team

This team is an enigma. It sounds alot like a John Morris fabrication. They are probably based out of Maryland and are made up of an all star team from the ICFL, a league founded an run by Reapers Head Coach. This way Morris, or anybody, will not have to pay any of the players, he can scam everyone by saying he got another team to join his league, but in reality, they dont exist, just some name for guys to play under. Thats why they play like four games against the Reapers, the others against Harrisburg. The standings and records in this league will be skewed. there is no record of this team on the net, even in semi pro leagues, no website, the only place they exist is on Morris's AIF website. The scam continues.

They are a Travel-only team made up of semi-pro players used to pad win-loss records of full member teams.

Yep, It sounds alot like the UIFL's West PA Sting & Huntington Hammer.

No info is available about those teams either. The Hammer isn't even listed on the Leagues website, but they are scheduled to play to the Commandos on 3-24 ! Ticket refunds anyone. Poor Commandos !
