Indianapolis, IN. Five American Basketball Association executives (ABA) http://www.abalive.com today launched a new social network specifically for 50+ sports fans and enthusiasts. The site is http://50plussportsbook.com/

According to ABA President/COO Dick Packer, “there are millions of seniors worldwide that participate in and follow sports. 50plussportsbook.com is an outlet devoted exclusively to them – a place to share their past and present stories, to share ideas and to express their opinions.”

Not that this would even register on Facebook's radar, but I would sort of wonder if they (Facebook) could raise a stink about the use of "book" in this site's name.

"book" like that probably isn't copyrightable as there are thousands of websites that use book in their name. Just like the "list" part of Craigslist is safe.

That being said, I'd be more worried that 50plussportsbook.com would be confused with a sports betting site.
