Wicomico's arena management is desperate for a tenant. They can't serve alcohol because of the land use rules. But that just decreases the rent cost. I spoke with them in the past and they would consider concessions percentages.

The floor would fit a hockey rink so that gives them a "full" field. Potential to draw from UofD,DState and Salisbury University for players with a "local" draw.
