48 Hours

Post by cglue » Mon Oct 13, 2008 3:28 pm

My friends, it is funny that these allegations have come to light at these times in our attempt to really make a turn in the right direction. Nevertheless, it is around this time when I leave you guys here and concentrate on this upcoming season which starts in December. Our home opener will be December 6, 2008 and hope you guys wish us luck in an attempt to capture the title which will be held in Nashville.

I know you must have a million questions to ask concerning what has just been brought to light recently. I have talked to my friend and he has assured me that he is innocent and thats all I need to know. I told him that I will be praying for him and his family and also pray that all goes well.

As for me, thats my take on it and dont know anything more than what you know. This is something that we have known for a month now and was just waiting for it to come to light and show its ugly head. Well here we are and we will see what the courts will rule and pray for God's favor.

As of 48 hours from now I bid you farewell and good luck in all that you do in business and in your personal lives. Remember to keep GOD first and dont compromise yourself to make others realize you are special. Know that you are somebody and all things are possible. Only a hand full of you have given me major grief and even then we are still able to remain friends and maybe business associates one day, hey anyting is possible right.

I remain,

Larry-
I hope that your faith in the 'improved' ABA is rewarded and you have a positive season -and have not been taken for a ride by someone (or someones) who are unwilling or unable to make good on their committments to you and the rest of the league.

Again.

Best of luck...

I must say that I truly miss my good friend Standards. I remember when first coming on here he and I were at each others necks(along with others). And after really respecting each others business and ideas and opinions we are good friends now.

http://www.myspace.com/houstontakers, there is your count down.

We are finally getting things back in order and cleaning up our final files that we salvaged at the office. Just in case you didnt know, we lost pretty much everything at the office because of hurricane IKE.

If you really want to be taken seriously....the myspace website is not a great start...is houstontakers.com taken? It's what, 15 bucks a month....small price to pay for respectablilty.
