So What's Next?

Post by jimbo32712 » Wed Jul 11, 2007 2:27 am

Coming off what should be considered a very successful first season ( exluding the tragic death of Javan Camon). What is next for this league? When will we start hearing news about teams joing the league? Or if some of the inactive teams (charleston, Rome) will be returning to action in 2008. Which if any of the original four will be moving, and or ceasing operations (i hope none of them). Anyone with info I'd love to hear about it!

The WIFL is holding their cards very close to their vest right now in terms of expansion and teams relocating. There are a very few people who know what's going on right now in that area, and in all honesty, I ain't one of them.

There are ofcourse rumors floating around about different teams joining from other leagues, and about expansion markets, but I think not knowing makes it more exciting when the news finally does break. ;)

I can tell you that Rome will not be back, not until we get an arena that is suitable for indoor football.

Just keep an eye out for info, that's the best I can do for you right now.
Just when I thought I was out....They pull me back in.
