I know that stats don't mean everything, but they are really starting to concern me. Look at our current roster's efficiency per 48 minutes compared to last year's championship roster:

CURRENT ROSTER:
Rod Benson 27.91836735
Will Frisby 26.02105263
Carlos Powell 25.21135647
Blake Ahearn 24.45182724
Kevin Lyde 22.49302326
Dontell Jefferson 21.15186722
Tony Gipson 19.40425532
David Palmer 16.88
Kibwe Trim 16
Perrin Johnson 13.11219512

CHAMPIONSHIP ROSTER:
Kevin Lyde 30.11480363
Rod Benson 29.91065292

Renaldo Major 27.60393443
Corey Williams 25.69014085
Quemont Greer 24.42162162
Darius Rice 23.26637555
Dontell Jefferson 22.89487402
Chris McCray 22.27712855
Maurice Baker 18.96515938
Jerome Beasley 16.125

Our best efficiency players aren't as high as last year's and we have four players with sub-20 efficiencies now compared to two last year. And our two lowest efficiency players this year are both worse than last year's lowest efficiency player.
We've got a separate scoreboard for that, but for whatever reason, it's not always up and that gets really annoying because I'm so used to looking at it.
That scoreboard usually goes missing during Class A and B tournaments. I think it's used in the arena in the northern part of the Civic Center, that separate building. There's an underground walkway to get to it from the main arena.

The D-League doesn't have a trade deadline, but few trades go down anyway... 4 this year, 2 last year. I wonder if they've got a new rule about a player having to be with the team before a certain date to be eligible for the playoffs like the NBA to curtail the problems from the playoffs last year.. I think it's getting pretty late for players to be leaving now.. The Toros, with four good NBA prospects however, are probably most at risk..

It has already begun

Langford is slated to leave March 1 barring an NBA callup.

Teams like the Toros are too good to stay together an entire season. I've resigned myself to that.

I missed most of the second half of tonight's game. What happened? The first half was up and down but very close.

Shots fell for the Force and didn't for the Wizards, about as simple as that it was a pretty fast pace game, Skyforce broke out right before the quarter break and didn't look back.... I don't know what the deal is with the force though there doesn't seem to be much talent on the team yet they are winning, hopefully Davidson comes back I really liked the game he brought

No talent on the Skyforce? I didn't see them tonight, but when I saw them last week Sunday, I saw a team that could potentially win the championship. That team plays so well together unlike the Wizards as of late. Kasib Powell is exactly as I remember him when he was a Wizard. And then there are other players on the team that are very talented in their own way. This isn't the same team that started out as the worst team of the season. They are a main contender and unless the Wizards figure something out really soon, it'll be the Skyforce in the D-League finals this year.

They play really well together and the short guards (Bailey and Nesbitt) have really impressed me but as far as NBA talent I would say that the Skyforce have the least (Bobby Jones will get a 10-day contract tomorrow most likely but hes only played 3 games for them)

It's better to have a cohesive team than a team full of talent in the D-League. Last year, we weren't very talented, but we played well as a team. This year, we've got 3 guys that thought they would head to the NBA in Powell, Benson, and Jefferson, and you can tell on the court that they're playing for themselves... It's bad right now for Wizards fans, though I don't agree that the Force will be in the championship..
