Just don't think D league budgets could fit the travel costs.
While some teams fly to some games most teams make use
of chartered grey dogs to get to their games. With any FLA
team they'd have to fly just to get to the nearest D team.

I believe the league is considering expanding to 20 teams for 2015. I think those three expansion teams should be in the south & east.

The league is not expanding back into the Southeast until Atlanta, Memphis and Charlotte are also ready to invest in minor league franchises.

Phoenix (Prescott), Utah (St.George), and Detroit are the next group of expansion teams.
