Gary splash
Does anyone know when tryouts are held for the splash for the 2012 season?

I don't think this helps, but the Splash open their 2011-2012 fall season Sunday, October 30.

I'm confused, is Gary in the IBA or the IBL?

2 schedules, 2 leagues.
The entire league website will be up and funtioning soon. I would not compare the IBA to the aba.
The IBA is run by people with the highest integrity in minor league sports.
Websites can be created, integrity cannot!
Thats good to hear. I was worried when I saw the Rockford site was down (and Gary having 2 schedules out there) and I haven't seen any press locally about them making the move to the IBA. I'm glad Leon made the move, the ABA would of been a disaster.

Fall opening day 2011-2012
I forgot my camera, but the scene was about the same. Concession lines were long. Gary defeated Battle Creek...again...yawn.
Several of the Splash players were different from the spring season. Therefore, several friends and family of absent players were also missing. The only thing different was Battle Creek's new uniforms. Either they were wearing breast cancer awareness pink, although I doubt it because I did not see any breast cancer awareness ribbons...or they were actually wearing fuchsia not pink.
The Chris Brown impersonator halftime entertainment was interesting. He was so good and looked so much like Chris Brown that he slapped Rhianna at the end of his routine.
