that the CBA try for the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area. Keep in mind that they already have a team in another league(I bleive it's USBL) in the NePa Breakers(last time I checked). But if that league is in trouble, maybe the CBA would consider having the Breakers join.
The NEPA Breakers couldn't function in the ABA and they folded midway through their maiden USBL season. There's no reason for either the CBA or the D-League to even consider having them be the representative for the Scranton-Wilkes-Barre area, if anyone were to ever consider putting a team in that market.

I'm guessing
that you don't live here in the Keystone state, Crusadersfan. Greensburg, Pa, is home to the University of Pitt at Greensburg. I have a friend that works there as coach of their men's soccer team. Obviously, you have not heard of it. It's in affiliation of the University of Pittsburgh, here in the Golden Triangle.

If I'm correct Crusadersfan is from Ohio. Add Prescott, AZ to potential expansion markets. Like Pikeville, I think Jamestown, ND could be a diamond in the rough.

Perhaps the AlleyCats are idle because Trinity knows that the Pikeville market is a gold mine...thus want to invest most of their resources there first, develop a bulk of capital and then invest in another team later. That's assuming that they are strapped for cash, which may not be the case. However, there's a lot more risk when you own 2 teams. I think it would be smart to put all energy into the Pikeville market, but...I am bias, being that I played at Pikeville College!
