Former NBA player's coaching in the minors

Did a post over on RidiculousUpside talking about the playing-talent of current minor league coaches. From the 18 coaches in the minors with Head Coach experience, two of the four CBA coaches would probably start, as both Micheal Ray and Mike Sanders had good NBA careers. What do you guys think?
