How do you think it will turn out?

It would be a fitting end to the NIFL. I noticed in there that the NIFL declined to file for an injunction against the IFL because it would have to put up a bond. In other words, the NIFL can't afford the jack (typical of the NIFL).
The NIFL probably won't push too hard because it would have to open its books and open its business practices to public scrutiny, meaning the NIFL would be toast (revealing it for the scam it is).
The IFL probably doesn't want to make too much public as it is.
My prediction NIFL backs down.

The judge certainly doesn't think that lingering litigation is going to produce a winner for either side. Certainly appears that in the best interests of each league, they should come to an agreement. I don't see the IFL agreeing to re-enter the NIFL, however.
