2012 UTAH BLAZE PLAYER TRYOUT
Where: University of Utah, Spence Eccles Field HouseLocated at 650 South Guardsman Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84108
When: Saturday, November 19, 2011 from 12:00pm-3:00pm
Check-in from 12pm(Noon)-1pm, tryout starts promptly
at 1:00pm
Cost: $60 Pre-Registration Fee

Info: Tryout is open to all positions, Blaze T-Shirt will be provided
Surface is Field Turf, bring appropriate shoes and workout attire
Participants are required to sign a waiver form to participate
