League owned Teams

Post by jbjfootball » Sun Jun 15, 2014 8:27 pm

Word is out that the league has taken over New Orleans and now Orlando. What is going on here? Or at least they are paying part of the bills for one of these teams. Can any one verify if this is true. Also word is that our man Jerry is out @ end of the yr. I mean his son works in league office, so a little nepotism there maybe. So back to issue, talons still have no owner because our man Jerry wants his % for a buyer and league is paying bills for other 2 team's. Help with issue"s.
When it comes down to it, make sure your owner has money!

The league-owned San Antonio Talons need new ownership or they will be gone.

The Orlando Predators were league owned for part of the year. Now they have been purchased by billionaire Bryan Siegel and will be going back to Amway Arena.

San Antonio lost their owner just before the season began and so the league took over. Ownership prospects are doubtful at this point.

As for New Orleans everything is just rumor right now.
