In many of these indoor football leagues, it's the owners who don't have the operating capital to successfully run their teams or who don't bother vetting the leagues they join (or drink the Kool Aide that some of these leagues give them). It's the ones who don't have the lease agreement before they join the league (also the leagues that let teams in without leases). It's the owners who don't have turf ready, or uniforms ready or transportation lined up. Those are some of the suckers.
