Looks like the reason Huntington left the AIFA is that M & the yes boy wanted either $50K or !00K for the market when the old owner bailed out. So instead of having the new owner just take over the team and salvage it for the league, they wanted to see if they could get another 100K for the TERRITORY. Back fired on them didn't it. And acording to some sources, Mink showed up in Huntington last yr just before the playoff's promising the players and coaches would get paid that week just after the playoff game against Canton, they rented the Vans to drive down there, and thats why mink showed up looks like, cause the game was to be taped delayed on TV and if the Heros didnt show because of lack of pay,,,,,they look like IDIOT'S. Mink even drove 1 of the vans with the players in it. So nice of him to do that. After the game, players got paid for the week but Coaches did not and AIFA league office tells them they are on their own. Way to go M & M jr. What a class act. over under for teams NOT finishing the season 3
