Is this the owner of the AZ Adrenaline team??

Post by insane_asylum » Tue Nov 25, 2008 3:36 am

I recently found this link.
http://www.prescottjpcourt.com/csp/pcc/csp4.csp?CUNNINGHAM,WADE&DKT=200710236J&REP=320&TOT=1

If this is the owner....I wonder what the league guidelines are for ownership of a team??

Looks like he owed someone some money and got sued by someone who felt they needed to be paid.

I wouldn't put a small claims judgement as a disqualifier. If you do enough business you are bound to wind up in a small claims situation at least once in your life.

Koehler is a landscapping company. Could be they did bad work and the home owner refused to pay. Koehler called their bluff and sued.

This is nothing special, happens all the time.

Have to agree. Not a big deal, and certainly not a big amount.

But would it be a big deal if an owner in a certain league was a convicted felon, and they spent time in the BIG HOUSE??

Nope. You pay your "debt to society" it's water under the bridge.
Why the need for all this mountain making from mole hills?

Everyone deserves their second chance. As Bruiser said, pay your debt to society and let them move on.
