I would like to think so.

But a person can get jumped around here for
being a fan of what they like.

and just because they happen to be smart enough
to know to come in out of the rain, and prefer the
premier leagues omnipotence over brand X.
Even if brand X is geographically more practical.

but to see the perpetrators of these malicious attacks
on the premier league are current and former croni(plural)
of an upstart league (as well as the usual`deuche'bags),
is a tad disheartening.

I invite everyone to respect United Indoor Football,
for what it has accomplished and what the future
holds in store for the game of Indoor Football.

and if I could go to this saturdays c i f l game without
Bruiser calling me a bandwagon jumper all over the place
I would. .... but I can't have that

but hey ,at least I know we're cool, Adam.

I want to take the opportunity to tell that to
everybody, even if we've crossed paths and
differed in opinion harshly. It's cool, I don't
harbor grudges and I hope no one else really does.*

* except against Liberals,pinkos,tree huggers,
illegal immigrants,war mongers,terrorists,
credit card companies,corrupt officials ...

and the af2. :D

There are no malicious attacks on the IFL...or the UIF, for that matter.

No league is so far better than everyone else that it should be bragging. All leagues have problems they need to address just to ensure survival in the long term.

Three of the four leagues are working on those issues. To what I can see, the fourth is not.

I saw it, and don't believe for a second that it meant in his context what you think it did.

It was pretty over the top. There are more important things to get indignant about.

My hat is off to Bob, he lost over $550,000 last year with the Raiders and this year close to $200,000 so far. He was screwed earlier this season but had the class to make sure these players and us fans had a team, he could of easily pulled out in March and there would be no team here. He did not do that, all he wanted was what is fair and finally when the players went to bat for him it was handled. He could of said nope, I will walk away and not lose any more money this year and chalk it up to a lesson learned, but he accepted the fact that this team will continue to lose money this year and he will pay half of those loses. Regardless if the man has a ton of money, nobody is in business to lose money. He wants to see these players finish what they have started here and he should be patted on the back for that. People quicky forget or do not know without Bob the raiders were done in the first season, he bailed them out. People have taken advantage of his generosity and to be honest I listed to a couple people I should not have listened to and I think Exit was hearing from the same people. Those people are typical salespeople and always find a way to spin things. Bob will tell you the truth, whether you want to hear it or not, I am behind Bob 100%, please understand that and whatever he decides I am with him, no matter what.

Nope, I'm pretty sure I didn't hear from all the same people. My sources weren't all in Rochester, and a couple more confirmed the story to me after it made its way onto here. The situation was solved for the time being, and we'll see what happens when the season ends.

Well, in that case...I would like to thank all of the AFL owners (except Doug) for shelling out those millions just to lose them every year...well I guess they are a tax write off and it does help the community outreach... but regardless I would like to thank them all! THANK YOU FOR KEEPING THE AFL ALIVE!

Well, it certainly is a tax writeoff. But I'm not sure I'd want to lose 100% to gain 35%. I doubt Barto is doing this solely as a writeoff, but $750,000 certainly can write some stuff off.

Hope it's not a passive activity loss!
