90% No.

Ft Worth is broke
Edinburgh and McAllen aren't getting their lease renewed
Rio Grande's side is shut down
There was delusional talk about moving into Tuscon which will never happen (50 fans in a 10000 seat park?)

At best they scrape something together with 4 teams, and one will go belly up before the season is done finally putting an end to this embarrassment of an indy league

Huh, guess you're right, Rio does still exist. Now if Edinburgh and McAllen don't have a home to play in, that will be a death nail to the league. And if you are so confident about the UBL, then who are the Paisanos? Is this the mythic 6th team of the circuit? Say all 6 get off the ground, do you think all 6, or even 4/6 will make it the whole season?

McAllen has never had a home
In 2012 they played 32 +/- home games using Edinburg Stadium
Fourteen of those home games Edinburg wore gray

My crystal ball says the city of Edinburg and ULB have not given up on the 2014 season

Edinburg has a 10% chance of putting a team on the field
If Edinburg fields a team, the league will have six teams all will have
a home and the Thunder jerseys go into storage

"McAllen has never had a home

That's called a home, or at least a primary stadium. But I do understand they are a "travel team" and could play anywhere.

So not only will the UBL play, but with TWO new permanent teams? McAllen gone cause they don't need them? Where? What two cities are buying into this league? And again, the question I asked before, do you think all 4-6 teams will survive the whole season. Two years in a row their expansion team has struggled to draw over 400 fans and was folded (with McAllen to even things out) before the season starts. Only the stability of the core 4 has kept this league alive this long. Now Ft Worth has mounds of money issues and Edinburgh might not have a home (which is two of the four). So its up to these two mysterious expansion teams to keep things afloat if someone has problems?

15% chance they get off the ground 5% they make it all season. And it's for the best honestly. Indy ball in Texas can be huge, can be very successful. It's just the jokers running the UBL don't know what they are doing. If they would just go away and give leagues like the AtL, AA, or Pecos a chance to move into those UBL markets, it's a win win for both the Indy circuits and for the people of those communities.

may be like many other leagues that have trashed old markets and now have no where to go . all of the above which leads to travel teams and a travel budget nightmare
