New Regions Field
I am really impressed with the new ball park had a blast on Thirsty Thursday even if there was and 1hr and 48 minute rain delay accept that they cut the Beers sales off at 9, but walking around the stadium was great wish I could have gone into outfield area but didnt wanna get wet but the sight lines from the the seating and concourse were great. I WILL be back. Parking wasnt bad but there werent that many people there

Great article on Regions Field...
... at baseballparks.com (http://www.baseballparks.com/Birmingham-1.asp).
Joe Mock does an outstanding job of explaining the details of the park's design. I've lived in Birmingham my whole life and did not see some of the subtle design features until I read his article.
It kills me that the city didn't build a parking deck close by so that it could be used for games and at other times by the visitors to the nearby park.
