Does anyone have a web site for the Quebec Semi-pro Hockey League that decided to turn professional in 2004-05?

One of the websites to one of the teams is
http://www.lesdragons.com.
From there you will be able to go to the other teams websites.

The league's team websites were nice ones if you speak French (which, unfortunately, I don't). Didn't see any links for English translation, either. They must not be very concerned with winning fans among English-speaking Canadians.

The thing is that they aren't leaving Quebec anytime soon or expanding outside the province and are drawing such great crowds that they don't need American or English-Canadian fans. I wish I could catch some games on the internet because I am passable in terms of understanding French but I wouldn't expect an English site for this league anytime soon.

Try filtering the websites through this translation site:
http://babelfish.altavista.com/
It gives a pretty "choppy" translation, but you can get the idea of what is being said.

From the Dragons site:
Les Dragons annoncent le retour de la bière à lAuditorium pour la joute de demain soir face aux Chiefs de Laval : Ça va brasser!
Translation by Altavista:
The Dragons announce the return of beer to the Auditorium for the tournament of tomorrow evening vis-a-vis to Chiefs of Laval : That will brew!
What's more Canadian than Hockey & Beer back together again!
