But it looks like a clone of MASL-PASL
pro league — check
semi-pro league — check
youth league of some sort — check
Not sure what the point of all of this is, unless there are some disgruntled MASL or PASL owners who want to take their ball and go home.

+ a serious "oy-laden" 1.

I think I called it the "last chance to experiment" last year when what constituted a merger happened. Mergers in the corporate world don't usually go well, either.
