National Indoor Football League: The NIFL, which operated across the United States from 2001 through the 2007 season, is starting to organize for a return in the spring of 2017. The league plans to have over 30 teams and will soon announce its first team that is expected to be located in Dallas.

This from minor league weekly sports report: Now is this really news ? first thing whoever forms this proposed team can't play in Dallas Reunion Arena[American airlines center] cost $40k rental now who is the fool that would honestly attempt this, with the team paying up to $100k salaries. And a fan base of less than 3,000 fuzzy math it simply won't add up, now could the team only call itself a Dallas based team yes, womens pro fast pitch softball plays in a surrounding area city but uses Dallas in front of its name oh wait come to think of it so does the wnba wings.

Its just that reporting once on this was more than enough especially when there is such a mountain to climb for it to even sort of happen, and questions still surround whether the person proposing the nifl return is really the person advocating it, far to many open holes for it to be taken to print for news even based on internet standards.

I appreciate what the premise of the weekly report suggest its for but some of todays stuff is simply ridiculous, leagues who announced but didn't happen are yesterday's news.
And even if the reasons are valid they didn't launch so why report on them until they actually do, the report had already given them coverage when no one else was interested.
