Non-pro pretending to be pro. The X-League and AIF are bad enough ... this is worse, same as Alliance Indoor Football League, Imperial Indoor Football League, and many other failed non-pro leagues pretending to be pro, playing zero to a few games, and collapsing.

Exactley, one team ( located in the largest city in that county ) has a total population of 13,604. Looks like the ave att will be 83, if the Dairy Queen is closed that day.
Can't take this as being serious.
May be run by one of the famous shysters prevalent in the last 10yrs.
they come to town make promises... and wah-lah a game is never played.
Or they own 4 of the 6 teams in the league, well... we know how that turns out. Only the shyster leaves town with money.

I could be wrong on all this but teams listed by names and not including city seems like they are setting themselves up to move on a game day basis.
