Here is an example con. Establish an "equipment deal" which means each owner is REQUIRED by the league to spend XX,XXX dollars with a vendor. In return they promise to give Haines a league "sponsorship". We are a straight up bribery con![/quote]
That's generally the favorite one.
What's funniest...he has absolutely no money to show for this. At least I get to enjoy him getting absolutely demolished this coming fall during the election for the state house rep in the 51st district here.

Name the team contest
http://radiobase1.clearchannel.com/fron ... 053&zx=999
You can help name the new Huntington team in the Ultimate Indoor Football League. The UIFL and Clear Channel Radio are sponsoring this "Name The Team" contest. Through June 11, you can suggest a name for the team by filling out this form. If you submit the name that is ultimately chosen, you will receive a FREE ticket to the team's home opener in 2011. And one winner will be selected at random to receive season tickets.

Highland Heights, Kentucky (Northern Kentucky, but greater Cincinnati).
Will play at The Bank of Kentucky Center, home of the D-II NKU Norse (a rival to my hometown UW-Parkside Rangers)
this team will be close to where i live.
i hope the team and league survive in this slow economy.
