The City of Louisville welcomes new Womens Basketball Semi-Professional Team: Louisville Fillies set for first match-up and Kick-Off Bash
Louisville, KY October 24, 2012: Louisville, KY welcomes new Womens Basketball Semi-Professional Team to the city. The Fillies, who have been organized since August 2012 has done what most, would believe as impossible in just 2 short months. The organization owned and coached by Atlanta native, Terreka Walker has put together a team of 13 women from various NCAA Division I and NAIA Division I programs around the country. The Fillies have also been invited to join the sister League of the ABA (American Basketball Association) the WABA (Womens American Basketball Association) in which they will enter and begin official season in spring 2013.

What is their definition of "launch"?
If it is "to issue a press release with grand plans", then yes this would be considered a "re-launch".
