$180,000 a year - Commission
Team Owner/Head Coach, JOB SUMMARY:

Your role as the “Team Owner and Head Coach” will require you to manage all team operations for your CBL Exposure League team. This position is a great career launch pad opportunity for the person that is looking to get established as a professional sports executive or basketball coach. The applicant should have a seasoned understanding of basketball and/or professional sports.


Must be able to secure gym facilities for team games and practices

Must complete a monthly operations and financial report

Must be able to hire and manage a staff of 4 to 6 people

Must be able to manage player recruitment for assigned team

Must be able to manage press and media relations


Basketball coaching experience required – any level

Must have good inter-personal skills

Must have a professional coaching and/or business presence

Must be able to attend mandatory meetings via Internet and phone


Internet and e-mail experience required – MS Outlook preferred

Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) experience required

We all know minor league basketball is the golden ticket to make ooodles and ooodles of $$$$$. So many successful ones out there. Millions of people are knocking down the doors to their local rec center, YMCA or middle school gym to watch one of these games.
